Robyn Meltz is the founder of Robyn Meltz Executive Excellence. Having founded RMEE, Robyn has placed numerous candidates in high level executive positions.

 

Robyn has an MA in Translating and Interpreting of Languages, University of the Witwatersrand, 1984. She studied principles of Law and Economics for the duration of this degree.

 

Her career began with Mitsubishi Corporation – Chemicals Division, where she commenced employment in 1985. She attained the level of General Manager – the only non-Japanese and female to achieve this distinction at that time. Robyn engaged with her offices in Tokyo, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, USA, South America and Europe, frequently travelling to these destinations, as well as to many parts of Africa.

 

Robyn was invited to join Mindcor in 2005 and was headhunted to join SPI (Search Partners International) in 2007. Within a few years she was offered a Directorship but elected to start her own boutique Executive Search firm which has been in operation since 2012.

 

Through her many years in business, Robyn has gained valuable experience in operating at the highest levels of Government and industry and has a quick and in-depth ability to understand core business, to develop strategic relationships and undertake negotiations successfully. This has stood her in good stead during her years in Recruitment and Executive Search, as she is able to successfully identify and promote both the needs of Clients and Candidates. Her extensive network in the business community enables her to call upon key personnel to form a team of resources best suited to each Assignment.

 

Robyn's track record demonstrates her ability to place many senior executives and "Captains of Industry" in South Africa. Robyn believes fervently in being part of the Transformation of South Africa and has been instrumental in the placement of candidates in key areas where their influence has had a major impact.
